Here at the Great Projects we firmly believe that you should practice what you preach, and as a result of this we were proud to play our small part in combatting the fires that have unfortunately been tearing through the area around the Samboja Lestari Orangutan Center. To help those battling the blaze at the project site we donated a water pump machine, water tank, hose and 25-litre sprayers.

This equipment will help the staff at the centre battle the fire but it is still not enough. Samboja Lestari desperately needs your donations so please help in any way you can. The picture below show's some of the devastation it has caused, so anything you can spare will be greatly appreciated. Visit their Facebook page to see how you can help.
