About Me

Georgia Wilson is the Brand and Content Lead at The Great Projects, where she has worked for more than seven years creating wildlife, conservation and responsible travel content. She has contributed to the development and setup of several TGP projects and has travelled to more than 33 countries, including visits to four of the organisation’s volunteering projects.

A published poet and passionate wildlife writer, Georgia combines creative storytelling with in-depth research to explore conservation, animal welfare and the realities of wildlife volunteering. She regularly works with TGP’s projects to share updates from the field, drawing on first-hand experience of conservation travel to bring greater depth and context to her writing.
