November is home to Orangutan Awareness Week 2015 and here at The Great Projects we are celebrating that fact! From Monday the 9th until Sunday 15th the week will be all about the Great Apes, and throughout the month we are delighted to be offering 15% off of our Orangutan Projects.

Orangutan Awareness Week 2015

The aim of Orangutan Awareness Week is to inform more people about the plight of the Great Apes. A startling amount of rainforest is destroyed every day to make way for palm oil plantations and with this goes the Orangutans home. Our arboreal cousins also face threats from the hunting and illegal wildlife trade, and these reasons when combined are why the Orangutans need our help.

You can help make a difference by volunteering with the Orangutans at one of the project sites we offer! We currently have 15% off 8 Orangutan adventures, so sign up now and volunteer with the critically endangered Great Apes. Throughout the month we will be providing a more in-depth look into each of the projects, so keep an eye out for your favourite!
