Culture
Whilst on our tours in Namibia you may get the chance to meet some of the local people who have been a part of Namibian culture for hundreds of years, and one of the most prominent of all of these groups is the Herero. During the 17th and 18th century the Herero people migrated into what is now Namibia and they have remained there ever since. They have established themselves as herds people, and their influence in the region can be seen in their clothing, food, and language.
